Rolling Ridge Farm is developing an educational curriculum to teach the successful techniques of sustainable food production that are developed at the farm. Plans are in place to develop an addition to the facility’s main barn to accommodate a cannery/preservation center/demonstration kitchen and a larger education/meeting room upstairs.
